Wanted: part-time employee(s) for dairy farm for weekends

About the farm:
The owners are all McGill grads: Laura Johnston (Dip.Ag.‘79) & Aubrey MacDougall (Dip.Ag.‘75) who work with their son, Patrick MacDougall (Dip.FMT‘05, B.Sc.(AgEcon)‘09).

Purebred Jersey Herd, milking 65, total herd ~ 160 head (classified, official Valacta, genomic testing) #5 herd for LPI and for Pro$ in Jerseys in Canada for the December 2018 CDN proof release.  Our focus is on breeding long-lasting cows with high components. Flush for herd use and export. Breeding stock sales year-round, mostly fresh cows.

Funding + Research Opportunity in Global Health

Through the Global Health Scholars Program for undergraduate students, outstanding McGill undergrads will have the opportunity to conduct research under the mentorship of a faculty member and receive funding up to $5,000 CAD.

Students from any faculty can apply to work on one of 21 local, Northern Canada, or International projects in a wide variety of fields including social work, psychiatry, social studies of medicine, management, policy and environmental health.
