Exercise for Mood Workshop -Downtown

"Exercise for Mood" is starting SOON, Downtown. Want to exercise for the mental health benefits but have had a hard time sticking to your exercise intentions? You're not alone. 
This program also hosts expert speakers on nutrition, meditation and massage. 
Starts September 28 for 10 weeks.

Wednesdays 5:45pm-7:45pm Downtown campus. Must pre-register by September 22nd at midnight.
