Staff and students can register on line using their Minerva login, or drop by the Mac Campus Athletics office to sign up.
You can find something to fit in your busy schedule. Lunch time Boot Camp, Total Body Fitness and Taichi are great daily work outs.
Or join our Evening Courses: Boot Camp, Yoga, Zumba, Cardio Boost, Spinning and even Broga (Yoga for men!).
